Refunds

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
NOTE: Sale pieces are not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Taxes & Duties

The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Exchange Policy

1. All our products are made to order. Once you place the order, we do not offer any exchanges or returns. Once an order is placed on our website with the size specifications chosen. The piece comes with a 3-inch margin for any alterations.
2. Any customization requests made by the client in terms of size, garment length, Colour, or pattern change of a particular style will be done after full payment against the order. The brand holds no accountability for the look of the product once the customization is done as per the client's requests.
3. Any kind of defects in the product should be informed within 3 days of delivery. Also, issues with the replacement of defective pieces will try to be resolved as soon as possible, but it may take time in the case of hand-embroidered products and depends on the garment too. 4. Any product purchased by the Customer at a certain time will not be exchanged/adjusted to the discounted price if the product goes on sale.
5. For any request on order cancellations, Label RSD reserves the right to accept or reject the requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of our usual business practice, the amount would not be refunded. However, a customer can redeem the transferred amount for some other outfit. Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order on labelrsd.in
6. In the case of cancellation of a single product from a multiple product order, a credit note will be issued for the same value as the cancelled garment. No adjustments will be made in the final billing of that canceled garment.
7. We make every effort to choose the best courier services, but once a package is dispatched, any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control. However, we remain committed to addressing such issues to the best of our ability. Please note that in such cases, returns or refunds will not be considered.

All our products are Made To Order. 

For Alterations & customization, kindly connect to us. Both are available at an additional cost, depending on the nature of Alterations & Customization. 

Customized Outfits are not available for exchange

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard Delivery within India usually takes 3-5 working days, after dispatch.
